Results

The Albright College women's cross country team competed at the Messiah Invitational Saturday, placing 11th of 13 teams.

Senior Kim Hummel placed 15th overall, with a 6K time of 24:39.50. Sophomore Sami Haynes (66th) was next, in 26:25.10.

Rounding out the Lions' scoring contingent was Lauren Centafont (81st, 30:51.20), Mary Frederick (91st, 32:15.20) and Shanna Hawkins (94th, 32:30.70).

Messiah won the Invitational, while Widener's Emily Asher took first overall in 24:39.50.
