Albright College wide receiver
Scott Pillar has capped an impressive 2011 campaign by being named to the Beyond Sports College Network Division III All-American team. Pillar earned Honorable Mention recognition.
Pillar led the MAC in regular season receptions (60), receiving yards (1051) and touchdown receptions (12). He was twice named to the MAC Team of the Week.
Including the ECAC Bowl game against Cortland State, Pillar finished the season with 67 catches for 1141 yards. He now ranks fifth in school history for single-season receiving yards and TD catches.
Pillar was previously named a BSN National Offensive Player of the Week after totaling nine catches, 220 yards, and three TDs vs. Wilkes. He added eight catches for 157 yards and three touchdowns the next week at King's, and recorded 142 yards and two TDs later in the season at FDU-Florham.

Widener's dynamic special teams earned them two returner spots in

Alex Tanney was named the National Offensive Player of the Year and Wisconsin-Whitewater DB
Noah Timm was the National Defensive Player of the Year.
