Results

The Albright College women's cross country team competed at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships on Saturday, placing 13th of 17 teams.

Junior Caroline Vazzana placed 34th overall, with a time of 26:24.86. Senior Shanna Hawkins was 86th in the 6K race, in 27:34.81.

Junior Sami Haynes placed 158th with a time of 28:50.97. Also scoring for the Lions were rookies Rebecca Stickler (31:00.79) and Karen Gasior (35:22.78).

Elizabethtown won the MAC championship, while Lebanon Valley's Kelsey Patrick (23:37.83) took individual honors.

The Lions will conclude their 2012 season on November 10, at the NCAA Mideast Regional meet.
