Forfeits
Game time is forfeit time, if a team does not show up or does not have enough rostered players at game time they will not be permitted to play. If two forfeits are recorded, the team will lose their deposit and be removed from the league.
***If a team provides the Intramural Coordinator with 48 hours notice that they can not attend a game, that team will not be assessed a forfeit, however, they will receive a loss.
Postponements
Weather cancellation- the intramural coordinator will make the decision to whether a game will be cancelled due to inclement conditions. That decision will be made by 3pm on the day of the game and all team captains will be notified. The decision will also be posted on the IM webpage. There will be an attempt to reschedule the game but in time and availability is an issue, both team will receive a “win”.
