Home to the Albright men's and women's golf teams, the Berkshire Country Club is one of the finest courses in the state of Pennsylvania. Founded in 1899 and designed by Willie Park, Jr./Donald J. Ross, ASGCA, the Berkshire Country Club has been a staple in the city of Reading for over 100 years, and continues to serve both the college and the community. The 18-hole “Berkshire” course features 6,357 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71 . The course rating is 70.1 and it has a slope rating of 125. When not hosting the Albright golf teams, the Albright Athletics Department holds their annual Red and White golf outing at the course in the fall.

From East (Philadelphia): Route 76 West (Schuylkill Expressway) to Route 422 West in King of Prussia. Take exit for Route 12 East (exit after N. Wyomissing Blvd.). Take exit for Route 183 (Schuylkill Ave.),(This is more of a right turn than an off-ramp, so don't go too fast!!). Bear left around next corner. At traffic light, make a left onto Route 183 North (Schuylkill Ave.). Go straight through light at next intersection. The club entrance is about 1/4 mile ahead on your right. OR Take the PA Turnpike West to the Morgantown/Reading exit. Follow Route 176 North to Route 422 West and proceed as above.
From South (Lancaster): Take Route 222 North to Route 12 East. Shortly after you see the Berkshire Mall on your left, Route 222 exits to the right, KEEP GOING STRAIGHT, this is Route 12 East. Take the exit for Route 183 (Schuylkill Ave.)(This is more of a right turn than an off-ramp, so don't go too fast!!). Bear left around next corner. At traffic light, make a left onto Route 183 North (Schuylkill Ave.). Go straight through light at next intersection. The club entrance is about 1/4 mile ahead on your right.
From West (Harrisburg): Take Route 78 East to Route 183 South (Strausstown Exit). Follow Route 183 South for about 13 miles. The club entrance is about 1 mile past the Reading Airport on your left.
From North (Allentown): Take Route 78 West to Route 183 South and proceed as above (from West). OR Take Route 222 South to Route 183 South. Make left turn at light at end of off-ramp. The club entrance is about 1 mile past the Reading Airport on your left.
