ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – Jessica McGinness scored a game-high 22 points in leading the Albright Lions (7-13/3-7 CC) to a 73-68 Commonwealth Conference victory over the Elizabethtown Blue Jays (6-14/2-8 CC).

READING, Pa. - A 44 point second half by the Pride of Widener University proved to be the deciding factor as they managed to battle back and take a 70-61 win from the Lady Lions Wednesday evening in the Bollman Center.

READING, Pa. - In their continued support of breast cancer research and awareness the Albright Women’s Basketball team will be hosting their annual Kay Yow/WBCA Pink Zone game next Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Bollman Center. The Lady Lions will be in action that night hosting Arcadia University.

Lycoming Sneaks by Women's Basketball

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - With less than five minutes left to play in the second half the Lady Lions (6-12/2-6 CC) following a 17-0 run jumped out to a five-point lead over Lycoming College (6-13/3-5 CC). Albright would then tie the score at 62-62 with a minute to play, but it was Lycoming’s Alicia Engler at the free throw line that proved to be the deciding factor for the Warriors as they walked away with a 64-62 conference win Saturday afternoon at Lamade Gymnasium.
