READING, Pa. - Still in the hunt for their first conference win of the 2009 season, the Lions (5-8-2/0-3 CC) hosted the Dutchmen of Lebanon Valley College (7-5-2/2-2 CC) in a Commonwealth Conference match Saturday afternoon at Shirk Stadium.
Proving to be the deciding factor in what was a 2-0 Dutchmen win were back-to-back goals in less the 26th and 27th minutes of the match. Lebanon Valley initially jumped out to a 1-0 lead on a made Travis Steedle penalty kick. It then became a 2-0 as Dutchman Justin Hutchinson was able to drive home a loose ball in the Lions goal box.
Despite surrendering the two quick scores, the Lions were evenly matched with Lebanon Valley. The Dutchmen managed to hold a two shot advantage (14-12) over the red and white, but it was Albright that led the contest in corner kick opportunities (7-4).

Billy Howard combined for four saves respectively, while Leb. Valley goalkeeper Andrew Raudensky made four saves of his own.
